EDGE Certified Foundation provided data on where Swiss organizations stand in terms of representation across their pipeline, pay equity, effectiveness of policies and practices to ensure equitable career flows, and the inclusiveness of their culture, as well as an analysis of how Swiss Financial Services organizations compare to their European and global counterparts.
The report showcases recent developments and trends in the field of Gender Lens Investing (GLI), both in Switzerland and across the world. This approach to investing takes into consideration gender-based factors across the investment process, advancing gender equity and empowering investors to make better-informed decisions.
This annual report has three key aims:
1. Raise awareness of the state of GLI and its benefits.
2. Showcase financial innovation and standards/frameworks in the GLI space.
3. Support progress of Sustainable Development Goal 5 (SDG5): Gender Equality, and encourage commitments from investors and companies to policies and strategies related to the same.
