The European Central Bank (ECB) is recertified at the EDGE Move level, which recognizes its strong commitment to workplace gender equity. The EDGE Move level is the second level of certification which showcases the ECB’s sustained efforts towards creating a culture that promotes gender equality.
This time, the European Central Bank has also attained EDGEplus Certification. The ECB has publicly committed to analyzing the intersectionality of gender and multiple dimensions of diversity, demonstrating its dedication to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees. Certification involves a rigorous third-party review of representation across the pipeline, pay equity, effectiveness of policies and practices, and inclusiveness of the organization’s culture.
