It showcases its ongoing effort to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all employees and to maintain its momentum by implementing the EDGE-approved Action Plan.
This time, Luigi Lavazza S.p.A. has also acheived EDGEplus Certification for analyzing the intersectionality of gender and gender identity. EDGEplus enables certifying organizations to deepen their understanding of gender-related matters by measuring and analysing the intersectionality of gender and other aspects of diversity.
