Zurich Ireland is recertified at the EDGE Move level, demonstrating a strong and relevant commitment to gender equity. EDGE Certification, which stands for ” Equity, Diversity, and Gender Equality”, drives transparency and accountability for continued progress in gender equity in the workplace based on the independent third-party certification. The assessment and certification process affirms that Zurich Ireland is making progress on its workplace gender equity journey.
