Laboratorios Siegfried has successfully renewed its EDGE Certification, achieving the EDGE Move level. As the second of three EDGE Certification levels, EDGE Move reflects the organization’s progress in workplace gender equity, demonstrating that it has met the EDGE Standards in some of the assessed areas.
This time, Laboratorios Siegfried has expanded its analysis by also attaining EDGEplus Certification, demonstrating its commitment to assessing the intersectionality between gender and other dimensions of diversity. The organization monitors employee experience from an intersectional perspective of gender, gender identity, LGBTQ+, and working with a disability.
