Alexander Boyne is an experienced organisational development professional that assists public and private institutions in undertaking the preparation for EDGE Certification, primarily in the Americas. Alexander builds on his experience working directly on developing and implementing equity, diversity, and inclusion strategies at CDPQ, Canada’s second largest public investment firm by assets under management. In addition, he draws on his wider experience working for Equinor, a large multinational energy company, in roles spanning Organizational Development, Change Management, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Strategy. Alexander helps turn insights into action plans that promote greater equality in the workplace.
Alexander holds a master’s degree in International Employment Relations and Human Resources Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, having first obtained undergraduate degrees at McGill University and Concordia University in Montreal in Management and Psychology, respectively. He lives in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
