Federica Case

G-VERSITY PhD Candidate, EDGE Strategy

Federica joins EDGE Strategy as a PhD Candidate focusing on the implementation and impact of new mentoring training programs in collaboration with the University of Surrey and the University of Bern.

Her PhD is part of the European Training Network (ETN) G-VERSITY, an interdisciplinary and intersectoral doctoral training network for early-stage researchers aimed at fostering new kinds of expertise and jobs needed in Europe to help employers overcome the underrepresentation of women, men, and sexual and gender minority Groups.

Federica completed both her BSc in Psychological Sciences and Methods and her MS in Psychology at the University of Trieste (Italy) with a specific focus on developmental and social psychology. During her academic career, Federica was involved in several research projects with INTERCoG Lab (Trieste) and Amnesty International Italia.
