Lydia Braunack-Mayer is a specialist in transforming raw data into powerful stories. At EDGE, she supports clients in both the public and private sectors in understanding the numbers behind gender equality issues to be able to identify and set the most meaningful actions to support equitable career flows in their organizations. Lydia combines robust quantitative and qualitative data approaches with workforce analytics to assist companies in achieving EDGE Certification.
Lydia has an international background in data science research and strategy consulting, with experience in applying advanced analytics to generate powerful solutions to business and social challenges. She holds Australian bachelors’ degrees in mathematics and philosophy, and a master’s degree in statistics from the ETH Zurich.
