Magali Saúl assists public and private institutions worldwide in undertaking the preparation for EDGE Certification. Magali has supported over 50 clients to successfully drive more accountability and transparency in the workplace on gender equality issues. She advises professionals at diverse hierarchical levels, including executive teams, on solutions to improve long-term performance and generate long-term value.

Prior to joining EDGE Strategy, Magali worked for development-focused organizations including the Development Centre of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Political Science from McGill University in Montreal.
