Salomé Germain Trigano builds on her tenacity to get results and her expertise in change management, operational strategy and economics to assist private corporations worldwide in preparing for the EDGE certification and generate long-term value.

Prior to joining EDGE Strategy, Salomé worked for companies in the energy and commodities sectors in various countries, from opening water treatment plants in North India, to the pricing department at S&P Global Platts on the oil market in the UK. She strongly believes in Diversity, Equality and Inclusion as a key driver for companies’ performance and spent the last years working as a consultant in operational strategy, deploying an international program towards managerial gender parity in a French gas corporation.

She holds a Master’s in Energy Management from ESCP Europe, and a Master’s in finance and Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Paris-Dauphine University and IDC Herzliya, Israel.
