“I am excited to help EDGE expand their presence in Asia, continuing the gender work I am passionate about. I believe that to move the needle towards gender equality, organizations and leaders need to move towards measurement, tracking and reporting. The EDGE Certification assists companies towards their gender equity goals.”
“The huge acceleration to changes generated by the pandemic in 2020 emphasises even more the importance to expand EDGE’s transformational approach and proven methodology, to help more organizations achieve gender equality at work,” said Aniela Unguresan, Co-founder, EDGE Certified Foundation. “Chin Loo brings deep knowledge of the business culture in the region, practical know-how, and long-lasting commitment to gender equality that will help EDGE make gender equality a reality in the workplace for more women and men”.
