EDGE, which stands for Equity, Diversity, and Gender Equality is the leading global standard for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), centered on a workplace gender and intersectional equity approach. It is adopted in over 57 countries already, by 250 large organisations, across 27 industry sectors; it is aligned with new EU legislation and widely quoted by ESG indices.
