Engie North America has successfully undergone EDGE Recertification and reached the EDGE Move level. EDGE Move, the second of three EDGE Certification levels, shows progress towards realizing gender equity in the workplace and underlines Engie North America’s continued commitment to building a more equitable and inclusive working environment.
Engie North America has also achieved EDGEplus Recertification signaling its continued commitment to assessing the intersectionality between gender and other aspects of diversity. Namely, the organization monitors organizational statistics, policies and practices, and employee experience from an intersectional perspective of gender and race/ethnicity.
