Iveco Group has been globally EDGE Assess Certified, highlighting its commitment to workplace gender equity. Additionally, the organization has attained EDGEplus Certification, for its commitment to assessing the intersectionality between gender and gender identity.
Iveco Group is the first company in the machinery industry to attain EDGE Certification. By measuring its performance against the EDGE Standards, Iveco Group demonstrates its commitment to continuous improvement and transparency.
The assessment, along with the independent audit of organizational statistics, policies and practices, and the results of an employee survey, was conducted across six countries—Brazil, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain—representing over 80% of its employees.
Aniela Unguresan, Founder and Member of the EDGE Certified Foundation Board, emphasised: “Just as industrial innovation requires precision and commitment, so does workplace equity. Iveco Group has demonstrated remarkable leadership by becoming the first in their industry to pursue EDGE Certification, measuring their progress across six major countries representing 90% of their global workforce. Their achievement of EDGE Assess Certification globally shows that meaningful progress in gender equity comes from clear vision, methodical execution, and unwavering commitment from leadership.”
We congratulate Iveco Group.
