NEPI Rockcastle has reached a noteworthy achievement by becoming the first Group in the real estate sector to attain Global EDGE Certification. Three Nepi Rockcastle entities (Sofia Commercial Centre Eood; Rockcastle Poland; NEPI Investment Management) in 3 countries (Bulgaria; Poland; Romania, respectively) were assessed and certified according to the EDGE Standards. All 3 countries, accounting for over 80% of the Group’s global workforce, have achieved EDGE Assess Certification, enabling the Group to achieve global EDGE Assess Certification.
