Nine Avolta entities attain EDGE Assess Certification and EDGEplus

Nine Avolta entities have attained EDGE Assess Certification showcasing a commitment to workplace gender equity.

These nine Avolta entities have also been awarded EDGEplus Certification for monitoring employee experience from an intersectional perspective of gender and gender identity, and for monitoring policies and practices from an intersectional perspective of gender and race/ethnicity. Two entities (Avolta USA – Food & Beverage and Avolta USA – Retail) also measured organizational data from an intersectional perspective of gender and race/ethnicity. By adding EDGEplus Certification for intersectional equity to its EDGE Assess gender-binary Certification, Avolta is paving the way for a more fair and inclusive workplace.
