EDGE Move, the second of three EDGE Certification levels, shows progress towards realizing gender equity in the workplace and underlines Ringier’s continued commitment to building a more equitable and inclusive working environment. Ringier has also achieved EDGEplus Recertification signaling its continued commitment to assessing the intersectionality between gender and other aspects of diversity. Namely, the organization monitors employee experience from an intersectional perspective of gender, gender identity, age, and nationality.
