A new working paper from the International Labour Organization shows the extent of the disability wage gap: Workers with disabilities are paid 12% less per hour than other employees

McKinsey & Company and Lean In have published the 2024 Women in the Workplace report. The report shows that while there has been some progress in women’s representation and experiences in the workplace, the journey is complex and ongoing.

New data from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2024 LGBTQ+ Climate Survey found that 72% of LGBTQ+ adults would feel less included or accepted at work if their employer backed down from DE&I commitments, while 80% of LGBTQ+ adults would boycott a company that rolled back DE&I initiatives.
