The African Development Bank Group has been certified at the EDGE Assess level, in recognition of its commitment towards workplace gender equity.
As part of its certification at the EDGE Assess level, the African Development Bank Group has committed to an impactful action plan, which documents how it will accelerate its progress across the four pillars of the EDGE Standards: representation, pay equity, effectiveness of policies and practices to ensure equitable career flows, and inclusiveness of the culture.
By working to close gaps identified during the assessment, the organization will continue to expand its efforts towards creating a more gender-equal workplace.
