Women in Energy in Global Study 2.0

NES Fircroft and Energy Jobline, supported by POWERful Women, have released the results of the second Women in Energy Global Study delivering insights on how to retain female talent in a changing world.

The study was introduced at the “POWERful Women Annual Conference 2020”. It highlights both the progress made and the hurdles faced by women working in the energy sector.

The results are based on an online survey of 3000 energy professionals, which addressed key diversity related topics. This year the focus was particularly on recruitment, retention and mentoring.
