About the role

At EDGE Strategy, we are seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our executive team and help drive the organization’s ambitious growth plan.

In this role, reporting directly to the Founder of the company, the CCO will focus on revenue generation, marketing and branding. Together with other members of the executive team, the CCO will execute the current strategic plan, focusing on the implementation of the sales model, and expansion of EDGE to new client segments, sectors, and markets, while supporting the ongoing product development and strengthening operations.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee EDGE’s global commercial activities, manage the global sales and digital marketing teams
  • Partner with the Founder to craft the strategy to deliver exponential growth of the annual sales figure
  • Build and manage an agile global sales model and a highly effective global sales team
  • Drive demand generation through high-volume, high-quality leads and pipeline growth
  • Drive brand awareness and understanding
  • Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable commercial partners


Required Skills and Characteristics:

  • 7+ years experience as a builder and/or leader of high performing sales teams
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through digital marketing, strategic branding, and partnerships
  • Significant P&L responsibility experience
  • Hands-on approach
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, team player, and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong user of CRM Dynamics and HubSpot
  • Have an interest in topics at the intersection between business and society
  • Fluency in English is a must
