About the role

The person in this role is responsible supporting the client relationship and the entire preparation for the EDGE certification process. You will familiarize the client with the EDGE methodology; assist the client in gathering all the necessary quantitative and qualitative data inputs; generate the client report and present recommendations; support the client in preparing the documentation necessary for the audit in view of the EDGE certification.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce new clients to the EDGE global assessment methodology
  • Train clients in the use of the EDGE Strategy Assessment ToolTM and support them in the accurate completion of input data
  • Prepare written reports for clients, employing business analytical skills to interpret final results
  • Support the Lead Client Advisers with analysis of company results from data input, questionnaires and surveys
  • Perform a variety of quantitative analyses

Required Skills and Experience

  • Higher university degree, in business management, administration, statistics or quantitative methods would be desired
  • Strong interest in providing high quality and innovative services to organizations
  • Experience using solutions-based approaches to project management
  • Ability to convey key messages appropriately and present convincingly, listening to audience’s needs and adapting content accordingly
  • Ability to manage numerical workforce data
  • Knowledge of VBA and R programming languages would be a plus
  • Ability to format and present results, including clear interpretations and charts
  • Ability to manage time and resources, work independently, and pay attention to detail
  • Fluency in English, additional languages, notably German, would be a plus
