We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. The candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting an efficient, effective, and productive office environment


  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the Executive team’s behalf
  • Managing the day-to-day calendar of the Executive team, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, and sending reminders
  • Responsible for office management
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, contact databases, and reports
  • Performing minor accounting and bookkeeping duties
  • Overseeing external procurement and invoice process
  • Ensuring professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

Skills and Experience WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3 or more years of administrative assistant experience reporting directly to senior management
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects and activities, and multitask
  • Ability to act as gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to executive as needed
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and German, additional languages are beneficial.
  • For this position we can only accept Swiss, EU/EFTA applicants or applicants with a valid Swiss work permit
