About the role

We are searching for a highly driven and experience Head of Growth to join our executive team and help drive the organization’s ambitious growth plan.

The role is about:

  • Strategic planning, revenue generation, marketing, branding and further development of commercial partnerships.
  • Executing the current strategic plan together with other members of the executive team, focusing specifically on implementing the sales model, expanding the offering to new client segments, sectors and markets and supporting ongoing product development.

The specific objectives:

  • Manages a global sales and digital marketing team to drive business growth across all client segments, sectors, markets and profiles; sharing accountability with the customer experience and product teams for a flawless and outstanding individual client experience.
  • Monitors the revenue pipeline and leads to ensure sustainable growth and accurate revenue projections.
  • Builds and fosters a creative sales teams committed to continuing our culture of high-performance innovation.
  • Uses digital marketing tools to connect, convert and continuously engage with high-quality leads and clients.
  • Helps to maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable commercial partners in a strategic way.

 

The responsibilities:

  • Sets the strategic direction on sales planning.
  • Is accountable for global revenue management and delivers on ambitious sales targets to create value and deliver impact (through new business sales, recurring sales and enlargement of scope for existing clients).
  • Is responsible globally for ensuring the performance, strategy and alignment of organization’s revenue-generating teams.
  • Oversees contract negotiations with clients.
  • Monitors the marketplace and analyses current and upcoming opportunities, including the provision of tailored competitive analysis, strategies and tactics.
  • Maintains a close relationship with clients and commercial partners to ensure broad market needs are being effectively incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle.
  • Collaborates with other executives on product positioning, pricing strategies and business models to achieve revenue goals.
  • Provides robust and substantiated marketing and communications plans to support the sales strategy and the company’s overall brand positioning.

 

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Proven experience and ability in innovating and driving strategic market penetration, account success and top line revenue growth, bringing 7+ years professional experience as a builder and/or leader of high performing sales teams.
  • Significant P&L responsibility experience.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, LinkedIn sales Navigator, HubSpot and Talk Walker.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding and partnerships.
  • Proven experience developing and successfully executing business strategies.
  • Fluency in English, additional languages, notably Spanish, French, or German, would be a plus
