About the role

In this position, you will be responsible for the management of finances, accounting, human resources, administration and legal matters of our company.

You will be the company’s financial controller and work closely with senior management as well as with the external accounting firm on all finance and accounting related tasks. In this role, you will also be responsible for budgeting and reporting to the management team as well as to the CEO.

You will be supported in this role by an operations team consisting of the company’s Legal Counsel, the Talent Specialist, and the Office Administrator. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and Founder of the company.



  • Overseeing the company’s operational excellence as member of senior leadership team, in charge of finance, HR, legal and procurement.
  • Leading and managing the Operations Team.
  • Effective preparation of forecasts and budgets as well as ongoing reports and ad-hoc analyses on the company’s financial results.
  • Accurate cash-flow management and profitability estimations and calculations (incl. monitoring of payments).
  • Development and implementation of an effective controlling and reporting
  • Overseeing payroll (external) and executing payments.
  • Responsible for all changes in accident and health insurance, social security, pension fund, child allowances, withholding taxes, etc.
  • Ad-hoc projects of Senior Management related to your area of responsibility.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • You have completed a higher education in business administration with a focus on finance (University, FH, HF, expert in accounting and controlling).
  • You have a solid track record in the areas of finance, human resources, administration and, if possible, legal, with a consulting company for at least 5 years
  • You have already gained management experience and are said to be highly socially competent.
  • You have a very good command of MS Office and are an expert in MS excel.
  • You are familiar to Swiss old age and survivor’s insurance system (AHV) and insurance systems (UVG and KTG).
  • You are fluent both in German and English.
  • You are service-oriented, resilient, and independent.
  • Preferably you are a resident in the Zug area and you have already worked in a similar position in Switzerland.
