About the role

Are you a dynamic and reliable professional, passionate about data analytics and Gender Equality in the Workplace?

We are looking for a young professional to join our team for a 4-6 month internship and support the organization’s customer relationship management and business development efforts. To support EDGE’s growth, we are looking to continuously improve the management of our client relationships and to enhance the existing technology and processes to manage all our client and prospect interactions. The intern will work closely with the client advisory team and the CEO / COO.

Accountabilities:

  • Enhancing the design of an effective customer relationship management system
  • Structuring existing client information into a harmonized set of variables to support optimal client service, delivery and experience
  • Supporting strategy and business development through the research of key market and industry sector characteristics linked to gender equality
  • Engaging and working closely with the client advisers to input relevant and up-to-date information and data to the management system

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Pursuing (at least two years undergraduate studies) or recently graduated from an advanced
    degree in business management and administration, economics, data analytics, political science,
    sustainability or a related field
  • Demonstrated interest and ability in working with data and information management platforms
  • Understanding of the nature of professional / advisory services
  • Strong interest in the development of client relationships and commercial solutions
  • Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
  • Ability to manage time, work independently and in a structured manner, and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment, and learn and apply new skills in the context of a
    fast-paced organizational agenda and ambitious organizational objectives
  • Strong understanding of sustainability topics and what Gender Equality in the workplace means in
    this context.

The internship is remunerated.

We require a valid permit to work in Switzerland for this position.
