About the role

Are you an analytical and client-service driven professional, passionate about Gender Equality in the Workplace?

The person in this role will be part of the client advisory team and will be focusing on developing and continuously improving our workforce analytics capabilities and tools and supporting delivery of client projects.

Accountabilities

  • Support the Statistical Analyst in maintaining our analytical tools at competitive market practice level and developing innovative analytical tools and solutions to drive organizational growth
  • Identify new approaches to workforce analytics and work closely and collaboratively as part of the client services team to implement impactful analytical solutions
  • Support the training of clients in the use of the EDGE Strategy Assessment ToolTM and advise them in the accurate completion of input data
  • Support the Lead Client Advisers with interpretation and presentation of client information and client reports, employing business analytical skills to interpret final results
  • Support the Lead Client Advisers with analysis of company results from data input, questionnaires and surveys
  • Develop statistical reports and data visualizations for use with internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

  • Higher university degree, in mathematics, statistics or quantitative methods would be desired
  • Extensive knowledge of VBA and R programming languages, other programming languages would be a plus
  • Ability to support numerical workforce data analysis
  • Ability to code macros to run statistical analyses
  • Ability to perform statistical analyses, including linear regression analyses and create projection models
  • Interest in working in a client-service driven organization and culture
  • Ability to format and present results, including clear interpretations and charts
  • Ability to manage time and resources, and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment, and learn and apply new skills in the context of a fast-paced organizational agenda and ambitious organizational objectives
  • Strong understanding of sustainability topics and what Gender Equality in the workplace means in this context
  • Fluency in English
