About the role

We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our team and help drive the organization’s ambitious growth plan.


The responsibilities:

  • Support the leadership team in legal matters regarding daily business and other legal matters.
  • Review and development of standardized and non-standardized agreements between EDGE. Strategy and clients as well as between EDGE Strategy and other third parties.
  • Provide advice on Data Protection as well as general legal questions and create and revise internal legal documentation.
  • Analysis and monitoring of legal and regulatory developments, especially in the field of data privacy.
  • First point of contact for all labor law and data protection related matters.
  • Support internal training where necessary.
  • Support procurement and invoicing processes.


What you should have:

  • Graduated from a Swiss university with a law degree.
  • First relevant legal experience (great if in the SaaS area).
  • A good understanding of international and contract law.
  • A good understanding of Swiss labour and corporate law
  • Interested in Licensing and data protection laws.
  • Independent workstyle and hands-on mentality.
  • A team player with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen interest in topics at the intersection of business and society.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
