About the role

A newly created position, the objective of the role is to lead and advise a portfolio of international clients throughout the EDGE Certification process and to ensure a high-quality project management implementation, delivery, and notably a focus on working effectively and competently with clients in the post-certification phase, and accompanying the implementation of their actions plans.

Working closely with the senior executive team, the Lead Client Adviser will be a member of the international client advisory team.

Accountabilities

  • Acting as a trusted, and broad-based business and human capital adviser to senior level client management.
  • Working with a broad international client portfolio across different sectors and geographies.
  • Playing a leadership role in the development of creative, analytical, and strategic client approaches in the post-Certification phase of EDGE clients.
  • Integrating as part of a core team of Lead Client Advisers and Junior Client Advisers.
  • Building and developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Being an effective agent of change and leveraging intellectual capital of others to bring solutions for clients.
  • Continuously seeking to improve the overall value proposition of EDGE Certification to the client.
  • Managing time efficiently and effectively.

  • Efficient, accurate and high-quality project delivery.
  • Client satisfaction / Net Promoter Score.
  • Client retention rate.
