About the role

Are you a dynamic and creative professional, passionate about Gender Equality in the Workplace?

The person in this role will support the marketing and communications activities of EDGE Strategy, including nurturing a consistent and impactful EDGE brand in the market and with clients and partners.

Accountabilities

  • Organize, write and publish content on social media channels
  • Develop and maintain EDGE relevant conference and news calendar, as well as a media contact database
  • Maintain the EDGE brand guidelines to ensure consistent and unified look and feel with all company activities
  • Develop advertising, marketing and communications material, including for media release, events and client initiatives
  • Engage closely with client advisory colleagues to help collate, share and communicate leading practices and client case studies
  • Monitor the international gender equality in the workplace debate and major news announcements on the topic and share with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop a range of collaterals, such as client literature, press releases, social media posts, interview briefing sheets and EDGE website content to support internal and external communication.

Key Measurements of Success

  • Increase in number of Followers on EDGE Social Media.
  • Increase in number of page views and time spent on the EDGE website
  • Number of successful marketing campaigns launched with EDGE clients
  • Number of contacts transformed into clients

Required Skills and Experience

  • Advanced degree in business administration, marketing, communications, media studies, sustainability or a related field
  • Interest in working in a client-service driven organization and culture
  • Demonstrated experience in the areas of communications, marketing, public relations, and related tools and software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in written and spoken English
  • Creative and professional writing
  • Research, editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
  • Ability to manage time and work independently
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment, and learn and apply new skills in the context of a fast-paced organizational agenda and ambitious organizational objectives
  • Strong understanding of sustainability topics and what Gender Equality in the workplace means in this context.

 

We require a valid permit to work in Switzerland for this position.
