About the role

The objective of the role is to project manage, lead and advise a portfolio of international clients throughout the EDGE Certification process, in particular supporting clients in the implementation of their action plan as well as leading on the development and continuous improvement of the overall post-certification process and client experience.



  • Acting as a trusted, and broad-based business and human capital adviser to senior level client management.
  • Working with a broad international client portfolio, across different sectors and geographies managing the overall delivery to the client in a team of Lead Client Advisers and Junior Client Advisers.
  • Building and developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Being an effective agent of change and leveraging intellectual capital of others to bring solutions for clients.
  • Continuously seeking to improve the overall value proposition of EDGE Certification to the client.
  • Leading in the development of creative, analytical, and strategic client approaches in the EDGE post-certification phase.

  • Efficient, accurate and high- quality project delivery.
  • Client satisfaction / Net Promoter Score.
  • Client retention rate.

The ideal candidate

Ideally, the position is based at EDGE Strategy’s headquarters in Zug, Switzerland (Zürich area).

Our ideal candidate has a professional services management/Human Capital consulting and/or Human Resources background with specific expertise in workforce analytics and organizational development, processes, and dynamics and a particular focus on talent management and change management

A seasoned professional, the Senior Client Adviser will have client facing experience, be a strategic thinker and doer, used to interact and work at senior levels with both internal and external clients and with executives.

We are looking for a fluent English speaker with international work experience and a bright and highly articulate individual with the ability to build and lead long-term client relationships.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Higher university degree and experience in either a client facing role, ideally in a global management consulting firm within human capital practice and/or in a Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent management, Workforce Analytics, Change Management role in an international organization.
  • Proven track record using solutions-based approaches to project management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present results, including clear interpretations and charts.
  • Ability to work independently and pay attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative non-hierarchical team environment and learn and apply new skills in the context of a fast-paced organizational agenda and ambitious organizational objectives.
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills with senior client professionals.
  • Fluency in English. Additional languages would be a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability topics and what Gender Equality in the workplace means in this context.
  • Strong sense of accountability, impact, entrepreneurship, and team spirit.
