The objective of the role is to project manage, lead and advise a portfolio of international clients throughout the EDGE Certification process, in particular supporting clients in the implementation of their action plan as well as leading on the development and continuous improvement of the overall post-certification process and client experience.

Ideally, the position is based at EDGE Strategy’s headquarters in Zug, Switzerland (Zürich area).
Our ideal candidate has a professional services management/Human Capital consulting and/or Human Resources background with specific expertise in workforce analytics and organizational development, processes, and dynamics and a particular focus on talent management and change management
A seasoned professional, the Senior Client Adviser will have client facing experience, be a strategic thinker and doer, used to interact and work at senior levels with both internal and external clients and with executives.
We are looking for a fluent English speaker with international work experience and a bright and highly articulate individual with the ability to build and lead long-term client relationships.
