About the role

Are you a focused and well-networked professional, passionate about Gender Equality in the Workplace?

The person in this role will play a pivotal role in building a robust pipeline of potential clients to embark on the journey to the EDGE Certification.


  • Support the EDGE sales strategy by identifying and developing new markets, industry sectors and client segments
  • Identify concrete sales targets through active business development channels and analysis
  • Play a primary role in the development of the client pipeline
  • Undertake global market and industry sector analysis using impactful business intelligence techniques
  • Provide support to senior management in the overall business planning and business strategy
  • Pro-actively maintain a network of relevant professionals for EDGE and connect with diverse stakeholders to promote and build awareness of the EDGE brand
  • Effectively coordinate sales presentations and opportunities with client advisers and other EDGE team members where necessary
  • Represent EDGE at relevant events

Key measurements of success

  • % Sales target achieved
  • Number of new clients contracted

Required Skills and Experience

  • Higher university degree, in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a sales and business development-related role, preferably in a high-growth sector
  • Proven experience in defining and delivering sales strategies
  • Ability to manage time and resources, and pay attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment, and learn and apply new skills in the context of a fast-paced organizational agenda and ambitious organizational objectives
  • Strong understanding of sustainability topics and what Gender Equality in the workplace means in this context
  • Fluency in English


We require a valid permit to work in Switzerland for this position.
