WHAT THIS POSITION OFFERS YOU

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Growth team. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will actively connect, convert and continuously engage with prospects and clients. You will play a vital role in driving the exponential growth of our revenue.

 

For this position, you will be working with a team of junior sales representatives.

Accountabilities

  • Contribute to developing a sales strategy and plan
  • Implement sales plan and hit assigned sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with the digital marketing team on lead generation activities
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches and product demos
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Work collaboratively with the CX team to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Work collaboratively with the Product team to identify opportunities for future product developments based on the specific needs of the prospects and clients
  • Prepare and deliver to the leadership team relevant sales reports and forecasts
  • Monitor relevant market trends and competitors

Skills and Experience WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • BS/MS degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record as a successful Sales Executive
  • Strong business sense and SaaS-based sales expertise
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels and social media marketing
  • Client-centric attitude
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful sales pitches and product demos
  • Native English proficiency level: French, Spanish, German, or Italian would be a plus
  • For this position we can only accept Swiss, EU/EFTA applicants or applicants with a valid Swiss work permit
