About the role

The person in this role will be part of the client advisory team and will be focusing on developing and continuously improving our workforce analytics capabilities and tools.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining our analytical tools at competitive market practice level and developing innovative analytical tools and solutions to drive organizational growth
  • Identify new approaches to workforce analytics and work closely and collaboratively as part of the client services team to implement impactful analytical solutions
  • Perform a variety of quantitative analyses
  • Collaborate on interpretation and presentation of client information and client reports
  • Creating statistical reports and data visualizations and using them to present findings to decision-makers and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Higher university degree, in mathematics, statistics or quantitative methods would be desired
  • Extensive knowledge of VBA and R programming languages, other programming languages would be a plus
  • Ability to manage numerical workforce data
  • Ability to code macros to run statistical analyses
  • Ability to perform statistical analyses, including linear regression analyses and create projection models
  • Ability to format and present results, including clear interpretations and charts
  • Ability to manage time and resources, work independently, and pay attention to detail
  • Fluency in English, additional languages, notably German, would be a plus
