Banco Solidario has attained the EDGE Assess Certification, thus demonstrating its commitment to gender equity in the workplace.
EDGE Certification involves a rigorous third-party review of gender representation across the pipeline, pay equity, effectiveness of policies and practices, and inclusiveness of the culture. As part of the assessment, statistical data is analyzed, policies and practices are reviewed, and employees’ experiences of their workplaces are accounted for.
Banco Solidario has chosen to be independently verified against the highest standard in workplace gender equity and, through this initial certification, to begin its journey towards visible progress.
